But I did miss my dear friends and decided to try to post something today. I had a post already scheduled for Artful Friday so I see it did post for me. I have been having problems getting post to post when they are scheduled. To day is Finding Beauty Friday...
It's time for "Friday Finding Beauty" event on Claudia's blog Dipity Road. Today all the participating blogs can post whatever they like on their blog that touched them in some way and made them feel, see, or appreciate a moment of beauty in their lives.
I believe beauty is anything that makes you smile or warms your heart.
I received a beautiful pot of Tulips for Valentine, they are so beautiful when the are freshly bloomed...but have you ever looked at the inside when they start opening and are about ready to drop their petals. It is really an awesome wonder, how these flowers are made. The white explosion of the inside looks like a bright star burst...with little pockets of seeds waiting to be spread.
I believe you can find beauty in everything if you just look close enough.
The inside of flowers that are near spent are amazing, tis true! I love poppies myself - they are a wonderful world in themselves! Feel better soon, Molly!
ReplyDeleteThey are so stunning and I LOVE the inside of flowers....the inner details amaze me. Hope your weekend is restful!
ReplyDeleteBeauty is everywhere. Sometimes we just need to look a little closer.
ReplyDeleteLove the flowers. Too bad they aren't chocolate so you can eat them!!
ReplyDeleteMany Blessings

"Put yr TU-LIPS a little closer to the phone..."
ReplyDeletelol...so you can take a picture to put on a blog!
Get well soon...those sinus infections sure are hard to shake...miserable, long-lasting things, don't stop taking the medicine too soon!
Aww Holly that was my hubby's favorite song to sing when he played in the band..lol..put your sweet lips a little closer to the phone...He'll have to go by Jim Reeves....wow that brought back memories.
ReplyDeleteOh Molly - I'm glad to see you back and writing - I hope you will feel better and better every day.
ReplyDeleteAnd you are not kidding those flowers are gorgeous - yes, you can see the will of God in everything if you just look for it.
I couldn't agree more.
Sandie
