  1. Your new little buddies are so sweet. We don't have cardinals in our part of the country - or at least we haven't seen one - ever. I hope you are able to stay warm and cozy.

  3. Molly, I love your RED cardinal photos...they are a very striking bird aren't they? I don't think we have any in Australia, if they do, I have never seen them...lots of lovely red parrots though.

  4. Great pictures of the red birds. I don't call them cardinal's either.

I need to put out some bird feed this afternoon!

  5. Such wonderful pictures of the birdies, Molly! I love watching the birds, and I've tried so many times to get a good picture of them, but it never works for me. I love the expression of the male cardinal looking at that huge rooster. Priceless!
    Happy REDnesday!

  7. Oh Molly, we called them Redbirds, too...we used to say they sure were pretty but they had no sense to fly from our durned cats...my mother would take a broom to a cat she caught stalking redbirds -- just sweep at them, didn't hurt them -- they like apple and orange slices and will eat hulled sunflower, I believe...

  8. Cardinals are so beautiful! Especially in the winter when there isn't much colour! I have never seen one in real life! Only pictures! Hope you are having a great Rednesday! Sherri : )

  10. I love the Cardinals, too! They're my favorite at the feeder, except when the Goldfinches change color. My kids think it "weird" that I stop and watch them all the time!
