Some times..Life just isn't always fair....lol...

Good morning my dear blogging friends...I hope you all had a great New Year's Day, I know I did. I've always been told that what every you are doing on New Year's eve at 12:00 am, is what you will be doing the rest of the year. Welllll, I can tell you I was sound asleep as I usually am at midnight...lol. Guess DH and I have always been old stick in the mud's, we seldom make it past 11:00 P.M.
Today was spent being lazy and playing on the computer, I finally got "SOME" of my many pictures organized...still got bunches to go.
I cooked our traditional dinner of black-eyed peas, cabbage, corn bread, tator salad and pork roast for DH and I. Chuck and his family dropped by for lunch, but Lance was on call and Ronnie and his family decided to stay home in Richland and enjoy the last day Mindy's folks would be here, at their house. Kathy and John, Ronnie's in-laws will be leaving to go back to Johnson City in the morning. Ronnie and Mindy will be following them to Birmingham, AL to attend a Manhiem Streamrollers Concert and then spend the night in Birmingham, before parting ways Sunday morning, Kathy and John headed to Johnson City and Mindy and Ronnie headed back to Richland.
I wanted to show you some pictures I took today, ChiChi loves to eat in front of the sliding glass door, if I put her dish some where else, she will bring her food peice by peice to the sliding door on my rug to eat...Can you guess why? hummm, she is so bad, it's like she is rubbing it in Levi's face that he doesn't get to eat in the house like she does...his look is priceless...

it's like he's saying why can't I get to her dish...

believe me if he could, he'd take it away from her, he loves to eat, he eats constantly if you would let him...we have to feed her in the house and The Beagle in the pen or he would take it away from them and eat it all...we should have named him porky...

ok, he's saying, she's gone and there is some left, can't I have it? Huh, please...

Where'd she go...

"oh this is so unfair"...That big guy just ain't right...lol..he ain't wrong, but he ain't right.
And she ain't either, she loves to rub it in...you can look at me, but you can't get me hahahahaha...
Hope you all have a great week-end...

  1. Hi, Molly
I used to seldom make it to the New Year without falling asleep. The last 2 years I've been working so am giving report to the oncoming nurse when the new year arrives. Wishing a blessed New Year.

  5. Our old mutt likes to rub it in our lab's face, too...she eats her kibbles one by one, the lab is done finished and wants those crunchy kibbles the mutt has, but no dice...mutt slows down and makes really LOUD crunches...yes it's on purpose...she and ChiChi are pretty tricky, eh?!
