Last week I was telling about my trip to Brookhaven and my 2 photos I got, each with a different stories, you can read about it here ..... just goes to show you never can tell when a picture story may pop up....today I will tell you about the other 2 shots, the first I got while I was trying to take more of Dude's but traffic wouldn't co-operate....I was so surprised when I saw this crossing the highway right in front of my lens..that I just snapped what ever was there....I only got the one shot because of the light turning and me having to move before the guy behind me got out and moved me...lol...anyhow there were 4 of these big trucks with cattle trailers behind them...each one had a dog on the tool box, they were all doing the same thing...lol...check it out..it looks like they are saying "ok Boss we all still here, I can see the others in your mirror"...of course the blue is the big cattle trailer.
Sorry the picture is so up close but I had zoomed out to get a better picture of Dude's and they came across the highway so fast I didn't have time to zoom in. But I just loved the look on the dogs face. He really looked like he was looking in the mirror.
The next shot came about a mile up the highway, I tried to get more shots but the Highway Patol told us to keep moving, thank goodness no one was hurt, but it seems someone made a wrong turn, ran over this guy's car and caused him to hit another small truck, then the first guy, who they said was in a BIG truck, left the scene of the accident.
of course the blue here is the sky and the markings on the Ambulance that, thank goodness went back empty.
Love the dog enjoying his ride! How cool is that! Great shot!
ReplyDeleteI always wonder how those dogs stay ON. Happy blue Monday!

ReplyDeleteOh, I love the picture on your header. Great pic! I'm not sure those dogs were too safe either...you took a terrific pic, but have to wonder about the thinking of the truck drivers to have dogs literally hanging on like that.
