Live each day as if it's your last

Hope all my friends have a good day today....
enjoy it, for it will never be again...the past is gone, the present is a gift and tomorrow may never be... there are no do overs in this life...what you do today you must live with tomorrow...who you hurt today, maybe the one you have to depend on tomorrow...
This is what my Momma taught me years ago, and I have always tried to live by these simple rules...but there are some folks that just don't get it, and continue to hurt and live life as it will never end. My prayer is they will wake up before it is to late.

  1. True words, Molly. Some just refuse to heed them, and go merrily along a very sad and destructive path.

  2. so true. I tell my family everyday that life is short, to be your best and do your best each day, for we don't know what the next moment or tomorrow brings.

  3. Molly, those are wise words...my mama always warned me to never leave anyone angry, never put off til tomorrow what you need to do today, and to love the Lord God with all my heart. I've tried to teach the same to my son...I'm sad to say that He is not following those warnings today. I pray He wakes up, and my DIL, too.

    God bless,
    Mary

  4. I just noticed that I capitalized the word "he" when referring to my son...of course, I always capitalize when speaking of God, not people...I'm just used to hitting that shift button, I guess! Sorry about that.
