Bye Bye Birdie update..

I'm a very sad, but proud Momma this morning, I was working on my flowerbeds when I decided to check on my little ones, to my surprise this is what I saw...Where oh where did my other 4 babies go, could that be what I saw earlier this Morning and thought it was the Momma still feeding them? Could be...

I took pictures of my last little one and went back to working, with camera close by, about 5 mins later I caught movement at the door of the birdhouse, so I ran and got my camera and before I could get it turned on, I saw my baby fly from the Bird House to the big pine where it's Momma and Daddy where sitting. I went back and check the nest to be sure it was the little one flying and ...

YEP it sure was.. here is the empty nest, be safe my little ones, I will miss watching you everyday.
Boy they were nasty little boogers.

Tuesday's show and Tail...a Circle of life.....

Today for show and tail, I have made a slide show of my blue bird family, I have waited with them, patiently and full of excitement, for the birth of their young brood...I was so excited when I discovered 5 little eggs in their nest and when I found 2 little ones early Sat morning my heart just skipped a beat, by late Sunday evening there were 4 ready to be feed. When I checked this morning all 5 were doing fine...The proud Mom and Pop have been flying in non-stop with all kinds of little critters in their becks for their babies.
