Finding Beauty Friday...little wonders and surprises

I'm linking this post to "Friday Finding Beauty" event on Claudia's blog Dipity Road. Today all the participating blogs can post whatever they like on their blog that touched them in some way and made them feel, see, or appreciate a moment of beauty in their lives.
I believe beauty is anything that makes you smile or warms your heart.
Evening sun on the new peaches on my tree
Beautiful sunset love how the light plays across the yard
Evening light on my pear tree
sunset from my back yard looking down the driveway
My new crop of blueberries..hummm can't wait
new pears forming with blooms still attached...
When the sun rises the squirrels come out to play...
the early morning sun playing off of the side flower beds..
 sunrise on my La. iris
God's wonders are amazing..my old Maids bathed in the glow of the morning sun
While walking around the yard I found a new nest..
See it up high in the Oak tree..my front yard bathed in morning light...
I discovered a new bloom on an old Rose that hasn't bloomed in years was ready to cut it down..how wonderful..
my Magnolia Forstata bush is in full bloom...
the sweet blooms smell like bananas

All of your plants and trees look like mine do at the end of July! I'm serious - I cannot believe you have peaches growing already!

  5. Molly,

I love the strolls about your yard, with the changes and all the work you're doing. The one red bud on the forgotten rose---what a lovely symbol of hope and perseverance! That's a wonderful lesson that things unseen, things given up on---THEY know they're there, and we're so grateful and surprised when we see them peeking out.

Thank you for so graciously sharing "where your simple beauty lies."

  8. It's so true Molly. All we have to do is open our eyes to see what God has put before us. There are great riches to be found in just being able to see the paint brush of God's hands that is all around in our own yards! You sure are blessed with a lot of beautiful flowers and critters in your yard! I love the picture of ChiChi!

    Hugs,
    Angela
