Thrift Store finds and little treasures....

It's Vintage Thingie Thursday over at Colorado Lady's place...don't forget to go by and tell Suzanne how much you appreciate her sponsoring it for us...
Thrifty Thursday takes place each Thursday and is hosted by Leigh at Tales from Bloggeritaville,

The little one was cracked all the way down it.

I like the way the shade can adjust up or down depending on how long the candle is...see the little screws on each side to adjust it up and down with.
Hope you enjoyed these little treasures I found and keep an eye out for some of them being transformed to a new life...

  4. I love the brass candle holder, Molly. It's so unique and will look so pretty tucked in a corner somewhere ... or maybe even on a kitchen counter.

  5. Molly,

You have the best eye for seeing possibilities in everything---and I can tell it extends to people, as well.

Your talent and imagination are amazing---be sure to post the "afters" for your new finds.

  6. I have a whole bunch of those little coffee pots too. I don't know why, I don't paint them. They just sit on a shelf.

  15. LOVE the red handles on those rolling pins. My mom's had red handles.

We own a coffee pot just like that - - - it's in our camper and we use it over a fire, when we use it at all.

  16. You found some great items. I like the idea of using the coffee pot as a spooner. That's a perfect idea.

  19. What fun thrift store finds! My Grandparents use to have a coffee percolator just like that. the little basket would fit right in and it would be filled with water and put o the stove to make the coffee. As a little girl I always thought of it as a sort of puzzle. I would help dry dishes and then put the coffee pot puzzle together. :-)
