  1. It's nice to know I am not the only one with the exact same room! So, now that you got into the hang of clearing out stuff, why not head over to my Junk...er...treasure room? LOL

  2. Doesn't everybody have junk rooms and junk drawers? :-) It feels so good to clear out a space and make room for more stash!

  4. LOL...sorry Diann, it took 2 weeks to get up the nerve to tackle this one...it does feel good to clean it out and get more room, even if it did nearly kill me, still recuperating.....
And Dear Penni, I did skedaddle 3 times and came back, I guess the 3d time was the charm...lol..took 3 days to clean it out...don't know how I got that much junk in that 1 little room...

  5. Well I'm glad to see you finally got in there. Don't you just hate it when you know you need to do something but you really don't want to. Most of the time those projects end up taking me sooooo long cause in the middle of doing it I find something else that needs doing.

    Have a great weekend Molly!

  6. Hi Molly!
I am so thrilled you stopped by for a visit. You just bring yourself right on into Phoenix, and I will take you shopping for sure. I love to go, and Fridays are another great day. I may give it a shot today. I love to look, and I always find something. I so love your painting area. You are so blessed to be able to paint. I would so love to, but I just do not have that wonderful God given talent. How wonderful to be able to pick up a brush and put beauty onto something. I can't wait to see what you paint for the holidays. Have a great day sweetie, and stop back by soon. Country hugs, Sherry

  7. You gotta have a junk room somewhere don't you?

But, it always makes you feel better to get something done that you say you are going to do.

    Have a great weekend.

  8. Thanks for participating in GET R DONE FRIDAY! Your room reminds me of my sewing area upstairs - I need to get at that too - oh my goodness! That is one big project, and I can see why you had to close the door a few times before tackling it!!!

  9. Hey Molly!

You did a great job! Once you finished tackling your craft room will you come and do a clean sweep at my house! lol My whole house is starting to look like that again! I just don't have the time or the energy to get it done! I'm really hoping that next year when my boy is in school all day that I will be able to take one room at a time and get it organized and livable!

    Get R Done Friday!!!

  10. Oh man...we all have an area or two like that. One that scares us silly when we begin to think about tackeling it. Onward and upward...take your vitamins, and get r done!
Guess, I'll drag my feet out to the garage and tackle my own nightmare!

  11. Oh my. What a project.
I'm so glad someone was brave enough to show what their craft/etc room is really like before it gets all cleaned up.
I see all these perfectly organized, all matching, cute shelf storage units, and i think how nice it would be to have a room like that to craft in.
But i know me. Even if i started out that way, when i get creative i make a big mess!!!

So i lift my hat to you, cheer you on, thank you for your honesty, and congratulate you on a job well done!!
    Now enjoy creating.

Thanks for joining us on Get R Done Friday. Hope to see you again soon.
(You can show us one of your created treasures next week.)
    blessings
